Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Because each custom unit is manufactured to your exact specifications, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
In-stock products may be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery, provided the product has not been installed or used and is in its original condition, with the original packaging intact.
A restocking fee applies to all returns: $50 per window and $100 per door. The customer is responsible for returning the product to our Miami location in the same condition in which it was received.
Damaged on arrival: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and send photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How refunds are processed: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
